Our Web Design Process is Simple – Talk. Build. Launch.

We know you have enough going on in your day-to-day business so we make the web design process as simple and painless as possible. Below are the steps we take to ensure your new website experience is easy.

Step 1: After you have select the web design package that fits your needs and submit the details about your new project, we will review the specs and contact you within 24 hours.

Step 2: Through either phone or email, we get a chance to talk and clarify exactly what you are looking for. We’ll answer any questions you have and give you some thoughts to consider. We will also offer technical suggestions based on current web technology and your specific web needs.

Step 3: Shortly after our conversation, you will receive a detailed estimate outlining the scope of the entire web design process and the cost. After reviewing the estimate, if you are happy and ready to get started, we will send a payable invoice at which point half the amount is due as a deposit.

Step 4: After payment, your project manager will be assigned and explain exactly what we need to make the web design process continue as smooth as possible. They will spend the next 3-5 weeks with you, acting as your personal web design concierge and helping with the website planning process.

Step 5: The next phase in the web design process is the creating the design itself. One of our talented graphic artists will work with you to come up with a website design ideas sketch that speaks your brand and is consistent with today’s web design and usability trends. From there, the designer will finalize the design in Photoshop.

Step 6: Once you are happy with the design and give final approval, we will invoice you 25% of the remaining balance. This concludes the graphic design phase of the web design process.

Step 7: Next up is development. During this phase of the project, we assign the approved website graphics to a developer. They transform the design into a functional rough draft of your website.

Step 8: At this step, the entire web design process is nearing completion. We will present the rough draft to you for review, likely with your provided content added. Keep in mind we add website content as a courtesy and will only do so if it is provided in a timely manner.

Step 9: Given your feedback on the initial review, we make edits and adjustments while polishing the finished product. We present the working website to you again for your review. This is the last phase of the project.

Step 10: Last but not least is the final step in the web design process – final payment. We will invoice you the remaining 25% and any other additional approved charges incurred during the project.

Sometimes clients need a little more time to adjust content on the site prior to launch… no problem. Your new website can hang out on our client server until you have had a chance to make the changes you need.
